Very nice breakfast - many choices. Great coffee. The location was excellent - within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and just a short walk to the pedestrianized Vitosha Blvd.

The location is superb! The staff are nice and polite. They have a happy hour ☺️ which was a surprise. Basically, wonderful.

The location, a few meters ftom Vitosha Street, but in s quiet street, is perfect. It's a beautifjl stylish hotel. My single room waa relatively small but cosy. Breakfast was tasty and the hotel staff adorable

We spent two weeks in Eastern Europe visiting five countries. Art 'Otel was our favorite hotel. The room was spacious, we had a balcony off the room where we could have coffee, the staff was very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

An eclectic boutique hotel in great location. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive and kind. We loved the decor and comfort. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia.

Staff, location, breakfast.

We liked everything. Located in quiet street but very close to Vitosha boulevard. Breakfast was great, nice choice of cheese, sweets, vegetables and fruits, and also pleasant enterior. They even had fresh cherries for breakfast. There is also evening happy hour with free drinks. Also, we were pleasantly surprised by getting a nice pastry on the house directly in our room. We would choose this hotel again when back in Sofia.

The breakfast was the highlight. Outside by the pool, great fresh fruit and many many choices. Our hosts were adorable, lots of good advice for restaurants and things to do.

Top notch all around. And the guys who work there make you feel like you’re an old friend visiting. Above and beyond but without seeming servile. Just really nice. It’s what hospitality is all about. Can’t wait to go back.

We (a group of three friends) were only staying the night due to an early morning flight home. On our arrival we were greeted by our very hospitable host Dani who immediately welcomed us and offered complimentary drinks (Prosecco, wine, cold soda, rakija) and light snacks (delicious cheese with tomatoes and olives,and sandwiches). We sat on the veranda to unwind. It was a great centrally located hotel. Our 3 bed room was upgraded to a single and twin room. The rooms were spacious with refrigerator, TV, coffee maker with coffee!, A/C, and a plate of fresh fruit:) The bed was comfy and I slept well. Dani arranged our early morning 04:30 taxi to airport (and paid for it!) and packed us breakfast sandwiches with the freshest bread, bananas, and other snacks. Outstanding customer service!! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel in Sofia! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the center, close to everything: cafes, shops, historical sites, and public transport. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The staff were outstanding – warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of. And the breakfast… wow! One of the best we’ve had. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and so varied that it was honestly hard to choose what not to eat.
